the location was superb! it's super close to notre dame, and plenty of delicious eateries are nearby. breakfast included croissants, and they were AMAZING!!! the staff members were always smiling and ready to help, which i really appreciated. the room was cleaned daily, a detail i always notice.

I found that the room lacked usb ports, and the plugs were positioned very low to the ground. This made charging devices a bit inconvenient.

This location is great. Two metro stations are close. Breakfasts were simple but good. The staffs were friendly and helpful to me. They even messaged me about an AirPod I left behind.

I reserved a comfort double bed room. I was told there was an issue. I had to accept a very tiny single twin bed room instead. The bed was not comfortable and I only had 1 pillow. This room was so small. I feel like it was a bait and switch.

The hotel boasts an excellent location near plenty of dining spots. I found it easy to get around, with Notre Dame and the Louvre Museum within walking distance. The front desk staff offered a warm welcome each time I returned. The croissants were AMAZING!!!

The room I had was a bit run down and felt awkward. The toilet was crammed into a tiny closet, so I could barely shut the door. I found the street super touristy.

I enjoyed the perfect location, close to saint-germain and notre-dame. the manager was cute. leo at reception was very helpful. I found him kind. it was a beautiful atmosphere for exploring.

the shower head seemed too low for my son, though i'm sure it's fine for most.
